The Smollan Centre for Learning and Development, accredited by the Wholesale and Retail SETA, offers over 560 programmes each year, from management development initiatives to industry-related learnerships and short courses.
Our corporate curriculum comprises key ‘building blocks’, which allow employees to develop skills in a logical, relevant and flexible manner. While core training for job functions is critical and mandatory, we also recognise that the development of life skills is just as important in creating and maintaining a happy and productive team.
For this reason, we offer a host of life skills training programmes, from HIV awareness to personal financial management skills.
