- Challenge 1, which runs from January 2009 to March 2009, focusing on “A Driving Sense of Urgency”.
- Challenge 2, which runs from April 2009 to June 2009, focusing on doing “Extra”.
Managers, clients and customers have the opportunity to recognise terrific service and to log their compliments in the employee’s Race Log (which he/she should have on hand at all times) or via this website.
Winners (both team and individual) stand to go home with cash prizes and homeware appliances. The ultimate winners will take home a cool R50 000! Now there’s an incentive to go the extra mile!
