Adwarehouse enabled significant cost savings for Unilever & Brandhouse by treating point of sale material as a perishable item.
Through developing standard operating procedures that worked for the client’s business, Unilever’s storage requirements were reduced by 25% over an 18 month period, and closer integration of the field force was achieved. This resulted in better point of sale execution.
Brandhouse saw an increase in point of sale utilisation from 53% to 70% in 3 months using Adwarehouse to allocate stock correctly to the relevant teams. Adwarehouse also pro-actively followed up on execution against promotional grids.
