SIMS, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Smollan Group, implemented a comprehensive space management system for a leading retailer. In 7 weeks, from brief to roll out, 1 716 store specific planograms were created across 78 stores and 21 fast moving consumer goods categories.
The space management system achieved the following objectives:
- reduced out of stocks
- created a strategic merchandising plan
- increased category sales
- improved stock turns
